Very poor service. They charge you for things that should be covered under warranty and argue with you about it. I've owned five Aerus Electrolux vacuums over the last 30 years and had service performed in seven other States. I have never had a dealer experience as bad as this one. Drive to West Palm and avoid the grief.

I bought a vacum and before a year because of mis used the cord was broken and they nicely and in the same moment replaced it under waranty. Very good service!!!!
