Dr. Zelig is a fantastic doctor! He has a warm and caring bedside manner that put me at ease. He answered all of my questions and took the time to evaluate my condition. He treated me and now I am feeling great. Would definitely see him again!
Dr. Ari Zelig makes this office worth coming to. The whole staff is great and there is a great atmosphere here but he really just pulls it all together. I've struggled with chronic hives for my entire life. I've been to numerous doctors who couldn't diagnose it, or who didn't believe me. Dr. Zelig not only understood what was happening to me, he knew how to fix it. He was even knowledgeable about easy's to reduce treatment cost. He's very thorough in his counseling and takes a personal interest in his patients. I'm so glad I chose him and Sarasota Allergy Associates!
Dr. Zelig is the most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet and have care for me. I am a nurse and work with several doctors but have never found a doctor that follows through like Dr. Zelig does. I was hospitalized several times with my tongue or throat swelling and no doctor wanted to take the time to solve the mystery until Dr. Zelig. Other doctors just wanted to put me on steroids and pills and send me on my way. I highly recommend Dr. Zelig if you are having any allergic reaction or asthma because he will dedicate his time to finding a way to help you. He won’t talk down to you like many doctors do and he will truly make you feel like you matter and he will find a way to help you.
I scheduled an appointment for both of my daughters 3 to 4 weeks in advance. During the scheduling process, I gave them both of kids insurance information, etc. When I arrived for the appointment after waiting 10 to 15 minutes, I was told they don't accept my insurance and there was nothing they could do. So, after waiting 3 to 4 weeks for the appointment and leaving work 4 hours early to drive back to Sarasota for this appointment, I am told they dont accept my insurance...what was the purpose of giving them all my insurance information during the appointment scheduling process if they don't bother to verify it until you show your card during appointment? Every doctor's office I've ever been to always verifies your insurance before you walk in their offices...Extremely unprofessional...it's probably a good thing they don't accept my insurance if they can't even handle new patient/insurance verification processes in a professional manner. Never saw the dr there but based on how they conduct business, I would not recommend...
