Five Star Service.....Thanks to Kevin C. Let me explain how skeptical I was from the moment my fiance found this place right up till a few days ago when the bank called to confirm our details and tell us to expect a Welcome Letter. Honestly, I have been waiting for Benji's to make a mistake or call us with a "surprise" change and now I totally feel guilty. Kevin has been nothing short of amazing, straightforward, flexible, and honest. This was the first dealership we went to and when we first arrived we started to leave because we didn't see the car we originally wanted. We decided to go inside anyways and at least hear what they had to say. Our contact was Kevin Cruz. We asked for him and right from the beginning he was very honest and provided us almost exact #'s. He worked with us on our credit, monthly payment, and down payment. While the financial person (really nice person, don't remember his name) worked on the pricing, Kevin went to the other location to pick up the car we originally wanted. We were able to test drive this baby and can't tell you how excited we were. The car itself is in amazing condition. When we came back in we received the offer info and it was an incredible deal. I have bought about 5-6 cars in my lifetime and it's the best deal I've ever received. We finalized the deal, gave the down payment, sorted out the insurance and left with our new Mustang. One disclosure, the process itself feels very informal in comparison to my experiences at other dealerships but don't let this discourage you. Overall, I strongly recommend the NW 27th Avenue Location and specifically Kevin who will "MAKE IT HAPPEN" for you.

Me and my boyfriend had an all around great car buying experience at Benji's. The customer service was on point from the second we arrived. We were able to get a great deal on the car we wanted and also a stellar trade-in value on my old car. The owner spoke to us one on one to evaluate our options and give us an affordable deal on our purchase. Kevin Cruz was probably the best car salesman I have come across. He is very cooperative when it came to purchasing the vehicle and he does his best to try and give you the greatest deal possible. Highly recommend Kevin Cruz. Will be referring to everyone I know.
