I was told a product was "like new, just out of the box" when in fact it was pre-owned. Price match denied, and negotiated price retracted. Even though they went back to it, it wasn't enough to salvage the sale after lying about the condition of the product. They should have honored the price match to save the sale. Customer service and recon definitely needs work.

My mom and I went inside one day just to "chismosiar" and had no intention of buying anything. We saw a machine that caught our attention and was on promotion, and Mario did an awesome job convincing us to get it! We bought the machine and in about 4 weeks it was ready to go in our living room/mini gym room. Great machine and great customer service.

For a period of about two weeks I was visiting this store taking me my time about which Elliptical machine to buy. Both Aldo and Mario were very patient and respectful, providing me with answers to any questions I did and without rushing me towards getting a sale, which ultimately made me feel very comfortable with them. Finally I bought an Elliptical Machine which was not the one I wanted at first place, after receiving some guidance they helped me getting the best value for what I was looking for. Totally recommend stopping by this store.

Went there to buy an Exercycle. Terrible experience. Rude, arrogant staff. The equipment is of mediocre quality, very limited range. When I asked a simple question..."do you carry any other models", the answer I got back was "how many more do you want". That says it all. Was almost ready to buy, but the attitude put ,e off. I ended up doing business with someone else.

NEVER BUY from this store! They shipped my Life Fitness elliptical with the missing GO CONSOLE, it's been over ONE MONTH, have not received it yet, paid in full. Aldo and Mario are TERRIBLE salesmen! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!
