I've been a regular at Miami Cipriani since it opened. I hesitate to rank the world wide chain but if I had to, this would be at the very top. The interior is truly grand. The views outta the windows are stunning. The menu is classic and properly executed. The service is respectful yet warm. ...great for people watching too. If you come here please make sure to get the VANILLA ICE CREAM. That may not sound ideal considering this restaurant has so many amazing items on the menu. However, once you try it you’ll understand why I mentioned the ice cream first. I particularly enjoyed the veal as well as the carpaccio alla capriani. Very good selections. The service in this restaurant is A-1 and they are extremely attentive to all the patrons. I will be coming back for sure!

I love Cipriani. For me, Miami was always the best there is. However, lately they have changed the great waiters that exist and put a group that treat customers badly. The service is terrible. I asked for a meat the point I come wrong and they told me to ask for another type of meat next time. They asked for table cheese out of sheer stinginess. That's sad.

Excellent ambiance, great early afternoon dinner before a movie at the Olympia theatre. The food was very good, unfortunately the service was not. We got lost in translation.... afternoon shift change. No server for a while... out of water and empty plates.
