Freaking awful. Waited 30 minutes for a smoothie. We were the only ones there. Manager was sitting eating not giving a .... awful service, completely unapologetic. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but this was disgraceful. 30 minutes of our lives waiting for smoothies that never materialized. Nothing to show would post a photo but I can’t because there’s nothing to show here.

I am in bed with a sprained ligament in my back and ordered an açai bowl and a dessert on Uber eats a few minutes before they close (Not intentional as I've never eaten there before)... they cancel the açai bowl stating they are out of it, I proceed to order another açai bowl and they cancel my entire order. Not great customer service. You know, sometimes in life you have to clean an açai bowl smoothie machine more than once to get ahead...

Probably the best falafel I've ever had! Got the pocket and the hot sauce did not make it too spicy at all. Just right! Friendly service and you CAN pay by card! Loved it!

First of all, I'm not used to writing negative comments or feedback. Well, last night we went to this place around 9:45 p.m., because on Google they said they close at 11:00 p.m. I drove about 15 minutes to get there and when we walked in, the first thing this guy says is "we close" so, you can notice the rude tone of his voice, not even a "hello". And I said, oh, but Google says you guys close at 11:00 pm (even if they close at 10:00, it was only 9:45). Then he replies "ok no, we close". And I said you should update that on google because it's not good. And he began to say ironically "yes yes, tomorrow" "yes yes, tomorrow" repeatedly and in a mocking tone. I said "man, you are very rude" and he said something but I couldn't hear him, so my boyfriend answered him and we left. When we were walking outside, the man came out to tell us "what do you want, what do you want?" in a way like he wanted to start a fight. And starting to say bad stuff, bad words, and screaming obscenities. He didn’t care that he had a terrace full of clients. I tried to make a video but I can't upload it here, so I took some screenshots of the video, there you can see him entering the place (so you can see his photo and know who he is) and as you can see in the photos at that moment another person is entering and he let him get in, and he took care of him, I don’t know if the problem was with me, but I don’t care. I’m just here to let everyone know what they have to deal with if they visit this place. I don’t know if he’s just a worker there or if he is the owner, but he shouldn’t be working there, he should go to a school and educate himself.

We ordered three items from this establishment vía Uber Eats. One item was not included in the order and a Nirvana arrived completely melted. I called the shop three times and the phone was hung up three times. Finally someone stayed on the phone long enough for me to find a Spanish speaking friend to talk with them. They said it’s “Uber Eats” fault the dessert arrived melted. (No explanation if Uber Eats ate the missing item) Hmmm. It’s Miami and the delivery is a bicycle. Maybe the packaging is a problem. For 10 use something maybe that can hold the cold a little longer? Rude people with no answers but to blame the Messenger. Sorry that a very fortunate “one star” for you Cocogyp.

Phenomenal! Everything was flavorful, interesting, and well put together! My omni friend also objectively loved it, and her compliments came without qualifications. The agedashi tofu, croquettes, and three specialty rolls we had were so delicious.
