I own a 2013 Kia Optima and I was having issues with my A/C !.. terrible... I live in Miami and to not have the A/C working is the worst. I went to ER Custom Automotive, and from the very beginning, the service was above and beyond. Lupe was extremely helpful and George, the owner, were courteous and professional. They took the car, checked it, keeping constant communication with what was happening with the vehicle and what was being worked on. Finally, only a few days later, I was picking up my car - and the A/C was working GREAT! - thank you to George and his team at ER Custom Automotive!

Fast friendly honest something I view as important.
They charged us, but didn’t fix our car. They pretended to align the wheels, but it showed it was misaligned, when faster than certain speed. The place we went after aligned fast and charged less. Look for 5star places. And many of their reviews are made by the owners, employees and their families...
Best shop in Miami! I’ve been taking my car here for the past 2 years. They’re honest people, friendly and always do a great job! I started coming here when I got fed up with the dealership always trying to add on unnecessary services. If you’re looking for an honest and hard working shop, this is it.
