Whether it be for marathon running or basketball/football training, Fast Twitch has everything an athlete needs to perform better. Great facilities and extremely knowledgeable coaches who work with you to design an specific program to follow. The workouts are intense and fun. Highly recommend for both individuals and teams looking for an intense workout that concentrates on both injury prevention and increasing performance.
I have been going to this gym since 2014. I have never ever had a better workout experience! I stayed consistent and saw results in both my physical appearance but most importantly, overall strength and stamina. I most recently delivered a healthy baby boy and can’t wait to go back full time. I can honestly say that because I stayed consistent with the workouts that our coach, Nick, prepared for us over the passed 4 years, I not only had an extremely healthy pregnancy but worked out until the day before I delivered! You guys need to try this gym. I wholeheartedly guarantee you that even if you have worked out your whole life, you will feel the burn in muscles that you never did before!

Very educated staff and very specific to the individual. Irik and James have always done a great job - kept my daughter strong for her sport and I felt there was never a risk of injury. Would highly recommend. Great team and great set up - keep it up!
One of the best trainer facility for upcoming and current high school athletes. I have only been going here for two weeks and already feel stronger than I’ve ever been before.The trainers work with you one on one pushing you to the best of your abilities.

Following the plan that Y'all created for my son have now lasted more than 5 years. If we lived closer we would be member's. I highly recommend fast twitch for anyone who wants to gain that extra edge for their sport or their individual training.
