This is the best car wash in the South Bay! We switched here from Red Carpet and they do a way better job. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they always go the extra mile! They noticed that my trunk was not closing properly and spent some extra time to fix it, even though it was a busy Sunday. Really appreciate everyone here and highly recommend!

I bought the Pro S from a former distributor in Canada (where I live) and the purchase was fine, even the needed help was sufficient in the early stage. However, I ran into a problem recently and contacted the distributor I made my original purchase with - I was unable to reach him (during regular business hours). I have a business to run and I was in a slight panic. I was not expecting the INCREDIBLY FAST response from the US Distributor, he took my immediately. I was beyond impressed on that note alone. Further, he was able to troubleshoot my problem with complete ease and I had my machine up and running within the hour. I would not hesitate to buy equipment or service through this distributor, not even a little bit. I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and confidence handling my equipment failure. I would also like to note, it was my own misuse that led to the machine malfunction. In fact, the machine saved itself from my user error and blocked the boiler from operating on diesel tainted by water. The equipment is the best! The service I got from the US dealer, spot on... Thank you times a million for your response time, effort and competence.
