The most disrespectful staff I have ever spoken too. I was running 5min late for an anniversary dinner with my girlfriend and they told us they would not hold our table, even tho we booked two (2) weeks in advance when we were 5min away. We asked for help with a later reservation and they laughed and said no way. Spoke to Bella and she did absolutely nothing to help a customer feel important. She made all of us feel beneath her. I came to Miami to eat at this restaurant and they told me to get lost. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever witnessed . No respect for their customers and/ or future customers. I can’t believe after two weeks of waiting they would not sit us, even when I asked for the manager. I will never return or let anyone I know return after the disrespect I received from the staff. They blocked my number when I asked to push my reservation by 10min. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT, the staff is the most unfriendly and will do nothing for you.

Simply put: Il Gabbiano (Miami) is the finest Italian restaurant you will ever experience, period. Nothing else even comes close (setting, service, food taste, freshness and presentation). We were fortunate to meet and take a photo with the humble owner and master chef Gino Machi. Wow!

Had such a beautiful experience with my boyfriend. We requested a seat next to the ocean because it was a special event, and the staff gave it to us with no problem. The service was extremely professional and very quick. Our waiter was humorous and kind and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend the pollo al martini! It was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants a romantic evening dinner by the water.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. This place was amazing. The staff was friendly, and the food was spectacular. The view of the water way great as well. We watched the multi million dollar yachts that passed by. It was a great night. This restaurant is a must. You will not regret it.

Really, really great place if you're looking for good food, beautiful atmosphere and amazing service. Bourbon is big enough to fit a holiday rush of hungry Americana at Brand shoppers, but small enough to feel cozy and intimate. The S.O. and I came here to celebrate his birthday and everything was top notch from the moment we arrived. Our server was attentive and gracious, a birthday card was left on the table for the S.O., and we were allowed to dine comfortably and peacefully on a Saturday night at 7:30pm to the point where we were among the remaining patrons at closing.
