I bought their most expensive bluetooth headset from their JIA location. I had it for two weeks and I could only hear distorted audio both times I tried it. On my way back home, I decided to exchange it. My receipt and box was in my checked luggage and I could not access it. The girl who \helped\ me was extremely rude. As soon as I told her I wanted to exchange something she immediately said a manager had to be there and one wasn't there. When she looked at the bluetooth headset and charging case she said it looked 'very used'. I attempted to use it only twice as it was defective. I offered her all the information I could about where and when I purchased it, suggesting she call the store at JIA. Clearly she wasn't going to help, so I took it to JIA and the super friendly people helped me there.

Tienda en el aeropuerto para que sepa que está pagando más por los cargadores, pero obtiene un excelente servicio al cliente que lo ayuda a encontrar lo que necesita. En mi caso, un cargador para un blackberry classic que casi nadie tiene ahora. Gracias a AX Lounge por enviarme a este lugar.
