I was very pleased with the attention! I changed from a place that I could never get any one on the phone. After trying for about 12 times I decided to try the center out. After my lab results were ready, he actually called me to review all my results. I’m extremely pleased.

I contacted them on Saturday 07/11/2020 to schedule a COVID-19 test. My call was answered by a very rude woman who was uninterested in taking my personal information to schedule my appointment. Instead I was misguided to contact my insurance to inquire about the coverage for the test. I never stated I had an issue paying for the test either way but she was unwilling to schedule my appointment without me contacting my insurance. I called and turns out they do not provide plan information on the weekends so I was full knowingly sent on a goose hunt. I called back to schedule my appointment after having spoken to a hotline nurse from my insurance. The same lady answered the phone once again with a rude attitude. I demanded to schedule my appointment and while she was asking for my information there were many people laughing and talking on the background. It seemed like a chicken corral. I could not understand what information was being requested from me. I asked the woman on the phone to repeat herself since I was not understanding and she pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up the call. I attempted to call back three times after that and each time my phone call was sent directly to voicemail. I cannot express through words how terrible this experience has made me feel. Especially during such uncertain times. This woman should not be in a job that she does not appreciate. Especially when it comes down to the well being of the customers this business serves
