I've been sitting in front of my desktop trying to find the right words to describe how insanely knowledgeable hE is when it comes to immigration. My case was not easy, after being denied twice from immigration I went ahead and hired him. He was kind, courteous and he actually listens to you!!! He also very flexible with communication (which is a huge plus being that I live in Orlando and his offices are in Miami). He made each dream I had come true with no hassles and no issues. We also had a great experience with Alex Solomiany. Prior to seeing Dr. Solomiany, my husband and I went to visit six local immigration lawyers and they all said unanimously that ours was a lost case and to not even attempt at obtaining any kind of legality in this country. Dr. Solomiany gave us hope and guided us closely through the entire process. We were recently married and he assisted us in obtaining the I-130, then the I-601A Waiver, then the embassy interview and ultimately the Resident Visa and Green Card. Thanks to Dr. Solomiany, we were not separated at any point in the process and we can now plan a bright future for our two kids in this country. In regards to the fees, Dr. Solomiany NEVER raised the amount originally agreed upon, charged us 55% in two installments prior to the trip to Honduras and did not collect the remaining balance until we were back in the States with our Green Card and Social Security in hand and case resolutely closed. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Solomiany for his help and will wholeheartedly recommend him to all friends, family and readers.

Bad service and bad Lawyer , twice I paid him for May emigration case and he didn’t resolve it He took my money and give me no resolve Also he think he’s especial ,plus he have not good attitude Don’t hire him
