Javier and Eduardo Solis were the representatives I interacted with to do business at LEXUS Of Kendall. They were both very professional, courteous and helped me every step of the way to receive a great service, and definitely ended up super happy with the business. The whole process of purchase did not take long and ran smoothly, very professional. If I was to give 10 out 10 for their service, I would definitely give a 10 plus. Completed purchase at Lexus of kendall service was ok from sales rep I just feel needed to be more knowledgeable with the product itself as well know there inventory seemed a bit disorganized. Upon completion of purchase a lot of the startup options for the vehicle were not fully explained as they did not have a full comprehension of the product. I just advised will figure it out in which we have. Cairo, manager in back office on the other hand was phenomenal straight to the point and knowledgeable of the product provided great assistance and explanation along with no pressure sales tactics.
Louis attention was excellent. He called me when the car was ready and provided excellent service and attention. Some issues remain to be solved but he didn’t exercise pressure or a need to solve them urgently. Price seems high as to change a radiator and hoses for a 2015 GLX 460 charged 1.300. He tried to save some money discounts and next service included. Had to wait for the car 30 minutes and the driver didn’t have his mask over his mouth. Apart from that Excellent service.
The entire process was perfect from start to finish. Victor was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He honored my requests and even made sure I was safely in my Uber car to get home. One of the reasons we buy or lease a Lexus is because of the excellent service like Victor provided that day.
Very happy with the the way I was treated and how polite and courteous everyone was. Jose Rodriguez was very professional and took the time to work with me and very patiently explained every detail of the transaction. Also Leonardo Guzman was extremely nice when he turned the car over to me. Leonardo went thru every point explaining and making sure I understood everything before driving off. Both of these 2 Gentleman made my first Lexus experience one that I will always remember. I highly recommend Lexus of Kendall !!!!!!
