Save your money and go elsewhere, would hate to have this happen to someone else. Hired this firm to represent us through a mortgage re-modification. If this is the service you need representation with, I recommend you look else where. We were assigned Rachel who through the whole process was very UNPROFESSIONAL (constantly giving excuses due to her family issues). She was for the most part UNRESPONSIVE, always UNPREPARED and very short tempered. We could hardly get a word in with this women. At the end of the process, our re-modification was never approved. I believe due to improper representation and lack of attention to our case. At this point we spoke to Mr. Marrero who said he would review our case and speak to Raquel. We have never heard from him again.
