I sent my payment via cash app and waited hours for a confirmed appt over the phone we was looking at 11am got to the place they said appt was never confirmed the day before I told them that and they just read my message now that I arrived to the center they are saying I don’t have an appt they won’t refund me my money very unprofessional and they just tried to end conversation by saying u don’t have an appt goodbye which is fine but won’t refund me my money the massage was 120. very rude DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU COME FOR YOUR APPT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR REFUND THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY ... and I will be going above and beyond to get my money back.

The BEST in Miami!!! God has blessed Marian with healing hands. Marian is very educated and knowledgeable about the lymphatic system and drainage massage. With a technique that is all her own she drained my body of so much fluid it was unbelievable! I also experienced Val who is also great! You can feel through the massage that these ladies take pride in what they do and it's not just a job for them. I had a total of 9 massages which after each session left my body feeling amazing. Both ladies were so nice and patient. Several times Val took her time and made sure I had my foam and boards all on correctly which meant a lot to me. They gave me so many tips and advice as to how to take care of my body when I returned home. If you're ever in need of lymphatic drainage massage this is the place to go no doubt about it. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The ABSOLUTE BEST care I've received while in Miami. The owner gave me amazing treatment. The massage wasn't painful yet thorough and she was very informative. She treated me with 1on1 care not like a "#". My ride was taking a while to get me so she allowed me to stay laying down in a nice room with heat so I could continue to relax. The prices of this place are a little high, but it is worth paying for the good service they offer. I prefer to pay more and have a good massage to take care of my result. In other places they are cheaper but they are not with the techniques they have. If you want to take care of your result, this is the place.
This place is wonderful! It has a calming atmosphere and very professional therapists, who can vary the amount of pressure according to your preference. The entire establishment is set up to provide maximum comfort and privacy. I don't think you will find a better massage experience anywhere in Miami, and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend it!
Call this place by reference of a friend who had done the massages here after her surgery. She had kept the business card and it was the best thing my friend did for me. They treated me very well, they are very organized, and they help you at all times. The customer services is very sincere because they tell you the truth and not what you want to hear like in other places. I recommend this place to all those who are going to be lipo and bbl
I did my laser liposuction in Fort Lauderdale and my surgeon told me to do postoperative massages after two weeks. I found this place online, and chose it for the good reviews it has. I was not wrong. I had my first massage and my surprise was when I began to drain my incisions without using anything, only manual technique. I was surprised to see how they relieved the pain of areas that I did not know that I still had accumulated fluid. They are the best of Miami really. I recommend it to everyone.
Arrogant customer service. I came in wanting to research the best places out there before my operation. I went in with a friend and we both walked out thinking the owner really was special. First of all, before an operation you want to feel assured and helped through the way. I asked her simple questions, and she rolled her eyes and said, “I have done 2000 massages, I am this , I am that.” The arrogant behavior was so annoying to deal with. Honestly I don’t care about how many massages you’ve done, I want great customer service and if I’m spending the money I want to make sure you give me a smile and make me feel better, and stay humble about your work. She wanted to quickly brush me off, it was so rude. My friend and I still talk about how arrogant this lady was, and hopefully she realizes for future customers is about them, not all about you and your thousand praises. Why I went with another amazing place , spending more but satisfied with how great it’s made me feel. The other place gave me a tour, showed me experience from customers and called me the day before to wish me luck on my surgery. Wouldn’t expect it here. This owner needs a good lesson on humble behavior. She definitely won’t be getting a “2001” massage number from me. Response to owner- you are wrong! I came from up north and don’t know what new life is. Please don’t sugar coat your customers. Maybe next time instead of rambling about yourself you pay more attention to your customers ;)
