I visited Metropol for a birthday celebration today and from the moment we arrived at the host station to be seated at our table, the service was phenomenal and the food is very tasty. We had the pleasure to be serviced by Miguelina, Pedro, Verangel and our superstar waiter, Gabriel. They all added to our amazing experience and our waiter Gabriel is very detail oriented making sure that everything was on point. Truly, I have to say that the management at Metropol like Manager Verangel ensures that his team works as such because everyone was very attentive and made us feel welcome. The decor also added an extra nice touch making you feel like a walk down The Old San Juan. Definitely going back is a must, but this time with the entire family for another round of five star service.

From the moment we walked in we felted welcomed, as if we were part of a family here. The host and the waitress were amazing. The food excellent. Great authentic Puerto Rican food. The service was also quick.

I went on a Saturday night good music and the place looks new. Although service wasn’t as good I keep looking for my waiter. I ordered a octopus salad the octopus tasted old and not fresh. My wife got a steak Caesar salad and the steak was very dry and the salad looked like a soup of sauce. We both also order 2 sangrias the cocktails come in wine glasses and are not good. I’ve never had a sangria without real fruit in it. Overall I don’t recommend this place for a date. I see it as a place to just drink beer.

I Went Over The Weekend And I Ordered The Special, Mushroom Chicken Steak With Rice Beans & Fries And I Absolutely Loved It!! The Rice Was Perfect And The Mushroom Sauce Was Delicious I Will Definitely Be Back To Order Again And Try The Happy Hour. I Definitely Recommend You Try
