These guys tow illegally. They put these signs over night with no previous warning nor do they leave a contact number to where they took all the cars.

If i could give -100 starz I would. No words to describe how unprofessional they run this business. Save your money and go elsewhere. Worst experience with towing ever.
Specifically called for a LOW CLEARANCE TOW. Clearance space was 6’8. The operator said no problem. Stated it had to get maneuvered into a parking garage. Again, no problem. The car gets picked up, he can’t get the car in the garage, his truck was too high. Argued about price. Should’ve have pay in full since they messed up. He threatened to take the car to his impound. Left the car in the middle of the street. GREAT COMPANY.
Process is fast, but facilities are extremely dated and unsanitary. Staff was stern but respectful, the only reason they got 3 stars. Longest part of the process was waiting for the release slip to print .
