The plumber Alex was very friendly and competed the job in a professional manner. I would highly recommend the company for any plumbing requirements.
The service man was professional, prompt and careful. Unfortunately even though he tried in the end he was unable to complete the job and a clogged drain remained partially clogged. I suspect it is that they rely on the rooter and do not start at the septic tank. The clog was about five feet up the drain from the tank and was easily cleared with a drain jet the next day by another company.
Awesomeness.. Found the cause of my problem in a professional manner and assisted the problem.. Always on time and plumbers are courteous.. I recommend to family and friends!
I don’t usually take my time to write reviews but this company exceeded my expectations. The lady who answers the phone was the sweetest and super helpful. She was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. The staff was punctual with time and did a great job fixing my bathroom! Thank you Mr.Rooter! Companies like this should get recognized more often!
