This year I celebrated my daughters Fifteens at Oasis Banquet Hall on January 15, 2020 and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The owners are extremely nice and all the staff as well. The DJ helped me prepare the entrance as I had no idea what to do and played great music. The bartender was excellent and waiters and waitresses were amazing. Thank you Liliy for helping us and making the night and the salon so beautiful. I highly recommend Oasis Banquet Hall 100% best prices in town and very clean and beautiful.
Was married here in May 2018. Great price and everything included. Pros: affordable price, flexible staff, pretty hall, everything included, bartender was fantastic (open bar) Cons: food was very unsatisfactory, the servers were unprofessional and cut the cake before husband and I could (very rude as it is a big tradition in weddings), DJ was on phone a lot of the night and even refused to play songs when guests requested till I spoke with him
I recently plan a birthday at oasis banquet hall and I can't say enough how amazing the service was. The planning process was seamless and the event planner are professional and made me feel so special when planning my husband's birthday. This is hands down the best banquet hall in Miami. I'm already planning my daughter's baby shower this summer at oasis
I was going to have my baby shower at this banquet hall in April (due date is in June). However, due to the pandemic/social gathering ban our baby shower had to be cancelled. This banquet hall refused to give us back our money and instead wanted us to postpone to a later date after the baby was born. Which isn’t feasible. When we refused, they never answered our emails, or returned our phone calls/messages. I had to file a claim through my bank to resolve this issue because we paid them far in advance. Also, we never picked any food, music, color scheme or decorations for this event. They didn’t spend any time or money on our baby shower. With all that said, we are now in June. We still haven’t heard back from them, the social gathering ban still hasn’t been lifted, and we were finally issued a partial refund from my bank. However, they have decided to keep our 500 deposit. I am a pregnant nurse working in the emergency department during this pandemic. Working on the frontline has put me, my family, and my baby’s health at risk. The owner knows how hard these times have been on us, and still they have shown us no empathy or the minimal courtesy of professionalism. Had they been more transparent and professional with us, we would have solved this issue privately and gladly surrendered our deposit. I hope the 500 that they kept from a pregnant frontline worker was worth it to them. Moving forward, due to their lack of integrity we will never recommend or refer their business ever again.
