I ordered a part for my F250, my credit card was chg'd within a couple of hours. Since then, going on 2 weeks the only status I can find is *awaiting fulfillment*. Phone calls and emails to this place get no response, their phone mailbox is full, likely from other people finding out they've been had. NO, I would not ever refer anyone to this business. My advice would be run the other way. md

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a part for my 07 Sportrac and they did not inform me that the part was not in stock. After two days of trying to contact someone by email, telephone and fax, I never heard from anyone. I told them through those same forms of contact that I wanted to cancel my order and never received any response. I decided to contact the BBB and inform them of my experience. All I want now is my money back.
