Mike, the owner will go above and beyond to make your part correct. His understanding and helpfulness to find a part that will work on our Thor oven igniter was greatly appreciated. Our oven is a bit hard to find parts for and when we ran into a small problem, he called personally to help us and make sure that our oven would work for Thanksgiving. Overall, his kindness was even more appreciated than finding the correct part.
