It should be Zero Stars... Terrible service for ALFA ROMEO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Every time I need to schedule a service the message from the receptionist is: They are busy now but someone will call you back, but it never happens! I just called again, for the 3rd week trying to schedule an appointment and received the same message. I asked to contact the manager and received the same message again: that Joe will call me back!! Let see how long it's gonna take and if it will happen! This is my 3rd year with this car and this problem is happening since the 2nd year I'm owning this car. So, I do NOT RECOMMEND this Dealer, especially for SERVICES!

I had a wonderful experience on Black Friday with Vladimir Rivas (sales) and Frank Llaura (finance manager), they were excellent and gave us an amazing deal on the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, i am in love with my new suv! The jobs were done in a timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction. I have 4 cars that I regularly service at Planet. Very satisfied with Planet Alfa Romeo/Fiat and recommend this dealer to anyone.
Just bought an Alfa Romeo stelvio suv from Planet Alfa Romeo. Luis the salesman was great. He took his time to show me the vehicle, and let me test drive the suv. He also explain how all the bells and whistle work. He got me the price I was looking for. Gino in the finance was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Planet Alfa Romeo. Ask for Luis.
