Service advisor Eric was extremely helpful, the work on my car was done quickly and they kept me updated the entire time. Honestly, best dealer service that I have been to yet. I tried to take my car to another dodge dealer for a check engine light issue and they wouldn’t even check it because they were too busy. I spoke with Chris the financing manager about turning in my lease early. It was originally due in March I explained to him back in the end of January. He told me that I would have a 90 day grace period to turn in my vehicle since the payments were all caught up and it had low mileage. He was completely aware that my lease ended in March and that I would be turning it in 2 months before the lease termination. I was lead by Chris to believe that may final 2 payments would no longer be due since I would be turning in 2 months early. Today I received a statement from my financing company only to find out that I am still responsible for those final 2 months of payments. I come back to see Chris only to find out that he is not responsible nor is the dealership for misleading me to believe that my final payments will not be collected. Terrible customer service. This was not a misunderstanding, I made it very clear to Chris back in January. He knew I was under the impression that me final payments would not be billed since I was turning in the vehicle early. Now I'm left to deal with my financer to find out if I'm still going to be responsible for these payments, which of course I will be because it wasn't their fault it was Chris's fault. I recommend nobody to ever make a purchase from this dealership and if you do bring a tape recorder because these people will tell you whatever you want to hear.
