I made an appointment and pre-registered online. I checked in through the portable device in the lobby and was instructed to be seated. I was seen right at my appointment time and left in within 15 minutes! My lab assistant was Marcia, and she was an absolute professional! I give this review 5 stars because my experience was absolutely seamless. Place was clean, staff was friendly and visit was quicker than most places.

I’ve been to several Quest centers in Miami, and this one on 120th Street is the best managed center I’ve experienced. Everyone is very professional, it’s well managed, efficient and very clean. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Showed up 10 minutes early to my 12 PM appointment and nobody answered the door. Staff was inside and they did not open the door nor check after various attempts to catch their attention they acted as if I wasn’t even there. I was outside with another lady that also had an appointment and she was stuck in the same boat. We waited outside for 45 minutes after our appointment time still to no avail ability. Called corporate and called the hotline to find out if anyone can call them in there to alert them that we were waiting unfortunately there is no human interaction with Quest diagnostics know where. I give these guys a one star review based on their inaccurate scheduling and horrible customer service. I will never go to Quest diagnostics laboratory again.

Very poor experience. Went in for a routine panel and the technician was not focused resulting me having to lug around this huge black and blue on my arm. This location could use a solid, customer focused site leader.
