This place is nice and clean, staff was very nice. You check in via tablet then you have a seat. Waiting time was not bad today. Parking could be a problem but you will find a spot.

The lack of staff is terrible. Two people drawing blood and over 10 people in the lobby, full waiting area and more outside. The ladies work with notable stress. I have to say, Mayda is very attentive though. Walk ins are impossible and waiting over 1 month to schedule routine labs is a no go for me who needs labs regularly suffering from a chronic illness.

Most disorganized drug testing facility I have ever had to use. Line around the corner waiting for them to open after everyone being told to come back at 6 am and no one opened up till 6:45 am.

The employees are very rude I don't even understand how their employed for this establishment. They didnt even allow me to walk in even though I arrived right when they opened. They said I had to be there 30 mins before they open.
