Just had a service done by RCR Plumbing and I was very happy. The first thing that impressed me was that they were on time. The technician was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what needed to be done. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Ramon was the ultimate professional and even gave me a courtesy window by offering to show up a day earlier to take care of a malfunctioning toilet and clogged bathroom sink. He promised there would be no additional fees for showing up on the weekend which was a plus. I was impressed with his promptness, showing up on-time, his professionalism, in immediately pinpointing the issues, and the courtesy shown. I will definitely refer him to family and friends as well keep him on speed-dial.lol
An outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable individual.. Ramon arrived promptly and was able to resolve the issues I was having with my sewer line outside. Fun fact but totally related, Ramon found, 20feet inside the sewer line, my wife’s long lost engagement ring and returned to me. This was the least stressful repair I have ever had. I called and a person answered the phone. I told them the problem and they told me what was wrong and gave me a quote. I agreed. When they showed up they were pandemic ready with masks and gloves. They repaired the problem and cleaned up everything from the repair. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and would definitely use them again.
