Just spoke to a young lady named Vanessa who was VERY pleasant and efficient! She read back the entire set of details clearly and thoroughly so as to make sure everything was correct. It makes all the difference in the world, and it really isn't hard to do. Give that girl a raise!

Good customer service on phone. Very helpful. Ordered appliance part. Sears hood light cover. Employee was knowledgeable. Looking forward to picking up part. I've been loyal Sears customer for years. All my kitchen appliances were purchased at Sears. Thank you.
The manager is extremely rude with her customers while other customers are present. She is very hostile in her speaking to customers. She rudely interrupts conversations between her staff and customers to make sure customers know she is the manager and that she do NOT like signing off on returns. If she does not like signing off on returns, perhaps someone who does not mind completing supervisory duties should be made the manager. A customer should never know what an employee does not like doing and should never be made to feel as though a product cannot be returned due to laziness of staff when customer has complied with the rerun policy. In addition, the staff acts as if they are intimidated by her and cover up for her.
Sears is gonna get a one star review from me but this store gets a 5. I have a craftman garage door opener that I purchased 13 months ago which some parts are an are not covered under warranty. The belt broke! Everyone kept tranfering me to the service department line which they would tell me that a tech would come out for a minimum of 89 dollars just to assest the damage. ????? Why when I already know the issue. I tried to order the part without the tech having to come out to which they replied that this was not possible. Apparently the online that can order a part is a tech which the do not let you speak to. Other option is to order the part and pay over 100 for it. They scam you by forcing you to pay the 89. After 2 hours being bounced around to all of sears 1-800 numbers I called this local store where Vanessa attend the phone and took the time to call the warranty dept to confirm that I in fact did not have warranty on the belt. Thank you Vanessa for your help, professionalism, and knowledge!
The manager took my order and when I asked a question she was rude and arrogant. Not a good way to treat customers and definitely ot a good example for the employees.
