Terrible customer treatment. We called the company's main line and we were given the number of one of their contractors and that we could deal with him directly. The contractor came out and gave us a quote on the job and we signed the company's official contract that comes with their warranty. The contractor called us to redo the tiki 2 days earlier than the date that we scheduled to have the tiki re-thatched. He showed up with workers and they re-thatched the tiki. The contractor was given a check made out to the company, Tiki Huts. We received a call a week later from the company stating that the contractor was let go days before he did our tiki. We have been calling the company for months to see if they will honor their warranty, seeing as we signed their official contract and made the final payment out to their company. We are constantly told that the owner will call us back. The owner has refused to call us back. We have been a repeat and loyal customer for 15 years but this has ruined our relationship.
