My experience at this location is highly rated. I walked in 10 minutes before closing to get some pricing on new tires. My service advisor Reginald was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He treated me like a person and not a piggy bank which was refreshing. Reginald showed me my choices and discussed options regarding various packages. Not once did he pressure me into getting expensive tires or services. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all the questions I had regarding each brand of tire that I was picking from. Satisfied with his level of professionalism, I decided to buy my tires from his location and made an appointment for the next day. I showed up the next day a little late for my appointment but nevertheless, Reginald made sure that I was taken care of and in less than 4 hours, I was rolling out of tire kingdom with 4 brand new tires feeling like royalty. No question, I would come back to this location and see Reginald and the staff for service on my vehicle. If you want to be treated like royalty, get bang for your buck without breaking the bank, then you MUST visit tire kingdom in Miami Gardens. Ask for Reggie, I promise you will be happy you did.
