Probably the best Triumph Dealership in Miami. Has a Service Department, Parts Department, Sales Department, Clothing Department and New and Used Triumphs for Sale. Staff is friendly and they also have BBQ's on Saturdays and Sundays for staff and Customers/Potential Customers. The Shop Floor has a number of Triumphs for Sale and Demos are available.

I just completed my first motorcycle purchase from Triumph of Miami and the experience has totally exceeded my expectations. I have purchased over 20 new motorcycles from various dealers throughout Florida over the last 8 years and this purchase stands out as the most positive experience I have had to date with a motorcycle dealer. I was referred to Armando Maury by my BMW dealer because he knew I was looking for a new 2019 Triumph Speed Triple RS. Armando listened to me carefully and he was able to create a deal that I feel was outright amazing. The entire process was made easy by the entire staff. Martin in the Part department assisted me in selecting several accessories items to make the motorcycle uniquely my own and the most remarkable aspect of this deal was Armando had the motorcycle delivered directly to my home in Cape Canaveral--217 miles one way!! Andy, the delivery person was terrific and contacted me first thing in the morning with the ETA then called me with an update as he got closer. The paperwork process was painless and it was delightful to get thru in the comfort of my own home. This was the best motorcycle buying experience I have ever encountered. 2 major thumbs up to Triumph of Miami.

I visited the dealership in 2017 and had a good experience so when I was ready to buy a Triumph I didn’t hesitate to return. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable, and after we narrowed the focus to a Bonneville he took me out for a fun test ride. Came back a few days later after doing my own research and negotiated a fair deal with Alex and GM Armando and took delivery the same day. The entire crew is great, sharing personal stories and advice. I am a satisfied client and love my new Bonneville T100!!

Great buying experience, no hustle no games, just great service and overall positive experience. I live in Sarasota but bought my new bike from Triple Triumph Miami dealership because of the above. Thank you Armando and everyone else!

They don’t know customer service some workers even walk out in the middle of business. The manager doesn’t know anyone else’s job. One time one of the techs took my bike for a joy ride after changing to the arrow map. I’m not surprised this placed closed down.

Triple Triumph Miami is probably the worst dealership I've been to. I've bought a new Street Twin after months of hard work. And I've been having issues ever since. I complained about acceleration issues and handling issues on three occasions, i brought the bike in for service at 600 miles, 1512 miles and the mechanics and service manager keep saying "you dont know how to ride the bike", etc, a bunch of excuses) Now at 1900 miles my new Street Twin 2017 has engine malfunction light on and the bike CANT accelerate past 20 MPH. i called Triumph Miami and yet again THEY STILL DONT BELIEVE me when i say the bike is defective, that is has issues. I\\ve been sold a lemon, i tried to call Triumph HQ for three days and no answer, just voicemail. Triumph Miami is very uncooperative, they keep charging me even though the bike is under warranty. I have multiple videos, images and documents that show the bike DOESNT perform or even go 90 MPH like the mechanic claims to have taken it. I've been sold a lemon 2017 Triumph Street Twin. And I have to take LEGAL ACTION to get a full refund from a shady dealership and poor services despite me complaining about performances about the bike on the 600 mile mark. Dealership claim a number of lies at first at why the bike couldn't accelerate , saying i dont weigh enough or i dont know how to ride, granted im a three year experienced rider. This dealership takes NO RESPONSIBILITY to fix or accept the bike has defects. #lawsuit #lemonlaw #lemon #defect #triumph #suzuki #motorcycles #ride #enginedefect
