Gave a model and written instructions with an explanation that it would be used as a mount at my house for an awning. The pieces were incredibly poorly fitted. The parts weren't flush. The left side didn't match the right side. The welds were poorly done . It is obviously to anyone who has ever welded that this job was terrible. Absolutely terrible! The holes I asked to be drilled were drilled the wrong size and when I contacted him--no reply. I've done some welding and certainly have seen lots of welds and this quality is the worst by the wildest margin possible. Just horrible. splatter all over so a very sloppy job. This is a lost cause and while I tried to clean it up some I will have to have it redone by some one who either cares or has more than a few hours of experience with a welder.

Horrible customer service. I contacted Gonzalo to make an appointment for an estimate and he set it up for the following day at 10 in the morning. Well, he did not show up or called to excuse himself and I called him several times but his phone voicemail message would not accept messages because the customer's voicemail was not set up. So I sent him a text message stating the aforementioned and he replied apologizing because due to the rain he was behind and could not make it in time. So, he asked me what time I would be home so he could stop by. I replied with the information and he never acknowledged my reply or call me back. Horrible customer service, not professional!
Great service! Came within two hours from my initial call. Very polite and finished the job (fence door and metal desk) within a day. Would recommend and use again!
Welding Masters has been working with my company for over a year now. His work is excellent. Always done on time & when promised. Prices are very good. I'm going to continue to use Welding Masters for a very long time. Gonzalo the owner always makes you feel like family. Great Guy!!!
I like talking directly with the owner. The service was fast and I am happy with the end result. I would definitely use their service again.
