If zero stars was a choice I’d leave no stars. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a service center. Completely disorganized. My service advisor was not there and I had to wait for someone else to assist me. I had a 9:30 appointment, i arrived around 9:20 and wasn’t attended until 10 when I got ahold of someone to help me. I was told my car would take 2 hours max so I left for 2 hours and came back to which my car was still not ready. I waited another hour before asking how much longer. The boy at the front desk was too busy on his cell phone and directed me to the cashier who was also no help at a and directed me to find my service advisor who I could not locate. They have the ability to call the service advisor for me but did not bother. My car was not ready until 2:30 a total of almost 5 hours from the time of my appointment. There was no customer service or follow up letting me know my car was delayed for whatever reason. All in all.the worst service experience I have ever had.

After almost 2 hour wait, they just give you the keys and say is ready. I had an appointment to have an oil change, my tires checked, and a car wash. Do you call this a car wash? Was oil change done? They did not adhere a service sticker on my windshield. I pay extra a month on my car note to have my car serviced. They talk to you as if they are giving you the services for free. When I complaint, the man responded saying this is the type of car wash they provide. Really?! It's sad I even tipped him ahead.

West Kendall Toyota Service Center staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My car runs so well after the oil change and maintenance was completed. I was also very happy with the pricing and honestly there is nothing better than getting your car serviced by its own dealer. The only reason why I would not give it a full 5-star review it’s because of the time that it took for the service to be completed. It took about 3 hours and a half for my car to be ready and it took another 30 minutes for the staff to release it to me. Aside from that I am very pleased with the service.
