This is the 3 year that we have the pleasure to be working with M.S Duct Cleaning Company, and they did a great job again. This year duct cleaning at our building was done by Shane, Zakary and two other gentlemen that I don't remember their names, but the whole crew was amazing. They were punctual respectful and most importantly very respectful of the building Covid rules. I would definitely would like to work with them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Michael and his service!! He cleaned our dryer duct and vent today and it's working again. I was so impressed by his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. He educated me about prevention and maintenance. He even shortened the duct so it was an ideal length. On top of this, he is approachable and friendly. I have already recommended him to my friends. So lovely to meet you today Micheal. :)

Amazing service! They were super quick and got our dryer ducts cleaned well. On top of that Michael was really informative and taught us how we could ensure that the ducts don’t get too backed up again and gave us tips to avoid any future leaks. Him and his crew were professional and super friendly and I would recommend them to anyone looking for these or any of the other services they offer.

Kevin and Liam from MAS duct came today to clean our ducts, furnace and dryer vent and we are SO HAPPY we called them. They were punctual, professional, SUPER SUPER nice and extremely thorough in their work. They showed us video(s) and photos from inside the ducts and carefully walked us through the whole process. The found a bit of asbestos and taped it all up for us at no additional cost so keep themselves and us save. They were also extremely reasonably priced and did not nickel and dime us. They base their prices on the size of your home and not by how many registers there are. They also did our dryer vent at no additional cost as it was not located in an area where they would need additional equipment or ladders to reach. I would HIGHLY recommend them for duct/vent cleaning and plan on using them again (and again and again) in the future. 10 stars, as far as I'm concerned (and I am SUPER picky). Thank you!

Excellent overall experience, I would definitely reccommend. Their office admin accomodated my schedule, Michael arrived exactly when he promised, and the service was performed with professionalism, friendliness and respect. He took time to explain the root of the problem and how to avoid future maintenance visits, and even gave me an informational brochure. Dryer duct issues in condos is an easy problem for home inspectors and buyers to miss, so give him a call before you make an offer on your next place too!
