Rachel was extremely helpful, my father got a personal service with dignity, help was giving at every step of organising the funeral at what was a very traumatic time for the family, we can't thank Sivills enough for the help and attention given, five Stars

My name is Helen Matten (excuse the sign in) We used the services of M H Sivill recently to put my beloved father to rest. I found them to be absolutely outstanding. We had very specific requirements for the service. In particular a horse drawn hearse with white horses. We also wanted a specific colour theme. Rachael Sivill was amazing she managed to source everything exactly to our requirements and the service went like clockwork. I cannot thank Sivill's enough for their outstanding attention to detail, making the send of for our dad a really beautiful and special one.

Disgusting service , no communication ... to emails or retuning phone calls .. treat family members appallingly never known of a funeral directors conducting there selfs in this despicable manner
