Great place for your bow hunting needs! I drive an hours drive one way year after year to deal with these guys because there customer service is worth it. No this isn't a big box store or a fast food shack, so don't expect a school kid waiting to take your order speedily. This is a custom bow shop and custom work and that takes time, for you and everyone else.. If you want good stuff, good service before and after the sale, and professional advice, this is your place.. If you want a happy meal bow and you wanted it 10 minutes ago, go to a big box store. You'll be willing to wait on service you can trust the next time, if you don't give up on bows all together. These guys make all the difference.. That's why there's a line of serous bow hunters at the door.

I've been buying bows and other archery equipment at Custom Gear Archery Shop for 30 years. From hunting set up to competition set ups. Mike and Peggy Ashe has become friends over the years and now that Mike and Peggy have sold the shop to Brandon Hill, we are all like family. Brandon has phenomenal knowledge of the bows and all equipment that pertains to archery from the past and the new upcoming archery products. Exceptional way of making customers comfortable and feel unbelievably welcome to Custom Gear. He sponsors local archery tournaments and local high school. All year, Custom Gear has archers coming from miles to the shop so Brandon and Chris can do whatever is needed to help them. Closer to the hunting seasons, this place can get really packed with customers but please be patient, Custom Gear stays open till the last customer has been taken care of. I'm proud to be part of Custom Gear and always will be proud. Thank you Custom Gear Crew for being their for me and many, many more people over the years.

I can’t say enough about Brandon and the guys at Custom Gear Archery. True professionals that understand customer service. This is evident by the full parking lot each time I visit. But, good service is worth waiting for. Each time I visit I am greeted and I wait in line until it is my turn. At that time, I have almost 100% of their attention until I am out the door. I do not know of any other place that offers same day service for almost every customer that comes in.

Custom Gear is a great shop to meet all your archery needs. The customer service is phenomenal! They will come in early and stay late, whatever it takes to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. They carry all the big names in the archery business, from Hoyt, PSE, Matthews, Raven, and TenPoint. Call them today if you need anything they are always eager to help!!

If you go dont expect quick customer service. You'll seriously stand there for ever waiting on something simple. Worst customer service I've had at a place and will not buy anything from this place again. Be better off buying it online. So much for trying to buy local.
