I wasn't sure if I should get involved in a study or not because they contacted me by telephone I went to the office all of the ladies working in the office were helpful and kind. They offered refreshments prior to participating in the study. I enjoyed the opportunity to share my thoughts and opinion related to the subject.

When I received the call from this company I thought I wasn't going to be able to attend the Research session.... come to find out I have been working for a year and a half with no days off and had vacation time I could take.... I actually made it to the session enjoyed the other people who were in the group as well as my day with my wife. It was well worth the session and the discussions we had. This was a very easy place to find the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions which exceeded my expectations of the whole day. Thanks Michigan Market Research!!!!!

The way I was treated here was deplorable. I was placed to do a survey with them on 02/06/18. Sounds great right? Wrong! I showed up on the agreed time to take the survey only to find the location empty. After a call I was immediately accused of showing up on the wrong date. They told me my appointment was on 02/08/18. The problem with that is I had text messages with their employee(Kathy) that specifically said my appointment was on 02/06/18. it was only after I had to prove to her that she told me my appointment was on 02/06/18 that she apologized. She gave me the wrong date and refused to acknowledge her mistake until I proved her wrong. I think that is appalling that their initial reaction was that it could not possibly be their fault and all the blame was immediately put on me. I ended up taking the survey on another day because they said they were short on people to take the survey and needed my help, but the entire experience makes me want to never deal with them again.
