Staff here is super helpful. I contacted them after dealing with an issue for 6 weeks and they handled it very promptly. Also, Ashlee is the most amazing, caring, loving and beautiful person ever and she has helped me immensely. Don't book up too many of her appointments though, because then she won't have time for me. :) I couldn't ask for better care. Thank you! I definitely recommend. (I would post pictures but don't have them on me at the moment, maybe I'll update later.)

Ashlee is the most loving and caring person I've ever met. She took the time to know and understand me and did not judge me. I could go on and on but last time I did that my first amendment rights were infringed upon!!! She made a huge difference in my life and I'm thankful she exists in this ugly world...

As far as the care of this facility goes my problem isn’t with it as a whole but more so with a specific individual who practices here Nicholas Paul Zulinski. I have been successful in sales for many years and in dealing with people there is a certain code you follow, Nicholas does not have the capability or wherewithal of following it. If you would prefer an unorthodox approach to appointments and someone who banters in a rude way then be my guest but I would strongly recommend anyone who truly needs help to seek it from somewhere else as nothing he offers would benefit anyone in any positive way.

Everybody here has been absolutely wonderful, and my children and husband have all had the best luck with and greatest connection to their therapists that they have ever had. Very patient, insightful, and all-around helpful. Highly recommended.

I have been attending sessions in the Ferndale office for one year and it has been a wonderful experience. My psychologist is the best one I have ever had by far! Lots of other psychologists I've seen prior to Michigan Modern were disconnected and seemed disinterested in or confused by my anxieties. But at Michigan Modern, my psychologist is like a psychology nerd (in the best possible way!). She truly wants to help, bases all her work on actual science, and is funny and fun at the same time! Great place to go for help.
