We hired this company to do a survey on our property. As others mentioned he was very hard to connect with. Ultimately he said to expect him Tuesday or Wednesday this week but didn't show up and won't respond to voicemail or text. Save yourself the frustration.

Was looking for a residential boundary survey, and I am very close to them (live in Plymouth). For residential customers, their website forces you to fill out a form VS. industrial requests there is a direct phone number. I filled out the form weeks ago and never heard back. I called several times over that time period and no answer. Maybe they don't want residential business? Maybe they are not a business anymore? If someone contacts me, or somehow I missed it, I will re-evaluate to be fair.
