Only giving a one star rating so that I can indicate to others to beware of Very rude people. The lady on the phone would not even make an appointment with me because they had never done service for me at my house before. Nor was a previous customer. Told me they only work on the products the sell or install. And there current customers. She then Asked how I even heard of them, like they were a “secret” plumbing company. They are the second company listed on Google for my area. I guess this is one of those, “it’s all who you know” kinda businesses. I have never had a plumbing problem before, so it would have been my first experience with a plumber. No previous plumbers in my address book. ’m sorry, but if you are in need of a plumber then something needs fixed, what does it matter who sold it or installed it. I called them to pay for a plumbing service and to fix my issues not become a member of their “secret club”. And if your not willing to service any and all potential customers then don’t put your name on a truck to advertise that you are a business who can provide service when called.
