North Johnston Middle School has been an effective and progressive element in the North Carolina and Johnston County educational system for at least the last ten years. It is staffed with highly competent and deeply caring teachers who have continuously extended their time, efforts and personal attention to benefit any and every student who needs, wants and seek learn. Dedication of this school's teachers and administration has repeatedly exceeded normal level of performance and individual accomplishment that any community can expect from their school system. NJMS produces students who don't just ''make the grade'' that they work to achieve, but also are given every incentive to discover the value of putting forth extra time and extra effort and extra thought to create a better future for themselves and their loved ones as they develop into and through adult life. Students regularly return after graduation to high school and higher education to thank their favorite teacher(s) for leading them to discoveries of key principals of personal responsibility, setting high challenging goals & objectives for themselves, and putting forth the extra personal work and commitment required to reach greater individual achievements than they thought possible when they entered this highly awakening and empowering middle school. This year (08/2015) NJMS moves from its original location to new facilities that are filled with many new technologies and tools to help its staff and teachers perform their student transformation work even more efficiently and effectively... to reach and encourage and empower more students into today's, and tomorrow's, highly competitive and challenging new world.
