I met Jamie for a consultation about micro-blading and was immediately very impressed with her knowledge and confidence in the procedure, and how she explained everything to me very clearly. Having just had my first treatment, I am absolutely DELIGHTED with the results! My eyebrows look totally natural and are far better than I'd even dared hope! I'm so happy with the work that Jamie did, and can't recommend her highly enough. I'm looking forward to my top-up in a month and know for sure that I will be even more pleased with the end result, if that's possible!! Thank you Jamie.

What can I say? Jenna is a lovely girl who takes a lot of pride in her work and things have to be exactly spot on for you as a customer. I am over the moon with my new brows I gave a her a big hug and can’t wait to go back for top up and micro needles when up and running. Jenna will be part of my new beauty regime. I am so disappointed with you. I have had my appointment rearranged even though I booked my slot online and that was over text - not even a phone call. Furthermore after rearranging my appointment I trekked all the way from the other end of Leicester to find that the clinic was not open. Jamie did not answer his phone and another staff member text me saying to wait - it's 9pm too! I didn't receive any update on the whereabouts of Jamie. It's a really shambles. If you can't use the online booking system... Please don't! At least it won't inconvenience people.
I've had my first microblading experience today and I'm so happy with the results. Pain free and really quick. My eyebrows look amazing. I highly recommend Jenna. She's an absolute artist!!!
