I was referred to this clinic by my physician from Max health Family Medicine. I want to thank Annalee Alston, for being so flexible and willing to work with my diagnostic. I started seeing her around September 2020,and I'm so grateful to God for placing her in my life. She is so passionate about her profession and was so caring to me. I felt heard,and understood by Ms.Alston. As of today Nov.5th,2020 ,little by little I'm beginning to see a small light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much Annalee!! Took me an entire week to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Whoever monitors their chat is very rude and takes forever to reply as well. Thry said I missed their initial call back and I said I had left messages 3 times since then. Finally had to beg the person on chat to get someone to call me before I finally got another call back. When I did get their appointment service on the phone, it was just some call center guy reading a script (so even crazier that it took so long for a call back) but they were a month out for a new patient appointment. I was floored! I don't know about anyone else but mental help cant wait a month. He wanted my credit card information to reserve the spot. The entire experience made me very uncomfortable and felt very scammy so I'll be looking for a different office.

I have had my own personal ups and does in life like most people but recently I have been experiencing more downs than normal which led me to reach out for help. Everyone I have encountered at Mid-Cities has always been there for me and I really can’t say thank you enough for their support.

Staff is really rude. They don't even deserve 1 star. They're money hungry, and don't even ask how you're doing. The doctor pretty much said he's going to \drop me as a patient\. This is EXTREMELY rude especially while we are going through a pandemic, and the office can't even pick up their phones, after calling like 10 times. I have never been so unhappy with a medical office before. I'm going to look for better!
