Rude people and rapid lot rent increases every year. Pool is like spring break with lots of non residential people. Would not recommend too anyone I cared about. You dont get what you pay for. Most residents are looking elsewhere.

The office personnel think like this place is the best around. They need to Wake-up and smell the Coffee! If it's so great then why are there So many homes for sale? Why are there so many run down homes there? Hmmm??? Good questions. Let's see if they reply.
This place has gone SO downhill that it will need lessons to climb up to get even a second star. Manager is a \Yes man\ who promises everything and delivers nothing. ️️
