Nice, professional, knowledgeable servicemen. Finished the job in less than 5 hours. They went over the equipment and thermostat with me and answered all questions I had. These guys went beyond and took the window unit I was using out for me and fixed my window screen back. I would recommend this company! Unethical and Untrustworthy. In Nov of 2019 our central unit went out. Since we only use a few rooms, we had agreed once the central unit failed the next would be a ductless. After extensive research, we decided to go with Mitsubishi. More so, we wanted a reputable company so I went through Mitsubishi to locate a Diamond certified company. Middle Georgia Mechanical Heating and Air was recommended. Mr. Johnston came out to give a quote. He immediately recommended a Carrier unit due to accessibility of parts and he stated the units are nearly the same functionality and quality wise. So, we decided to have to Carrier installed. Upon completion, the tech left before I could conduct a final inspection. The outside tubing was on the ground and I contacted Mr. Johnston to have them raised several inches so underneath could be kept clear during the warms months. Contacted on 13 Jan- Stated someone will come out- NEVER SHOWED; Contacted 17 Jan- stated he was sick and would text shortly-NEVER TEXTED, Contacted 31 Jan- stated he was in a meeting and would call back- NEVER CALLED. Finally, I had to call Mitsubishi to get someone to come back out. Curiously, I asked should he have recommended a Carrier when we requested Mitsubishi; the rep stated no and his action was unethical. As a result of his action, he’s since been removed as a Diamond dealership. The units constantly makes popping and cracking noises, tried contacting Mr. Johnston- NO REPLY. His workers performed admirably. However Mr. Johnston’s morals, business acumen, leadership, and trustworthiness lacks.

My parents had to replace one of the A/C units. The ductwork needed to be replaced under the house as well & they also moved the unit from original area at our request. They stayed until the job was done. Trustworthy & Professional!
