Very rude and they just dork care what people have to say I never worked their but my friend has and she says that they don’t care about anything

Middlebury Convalescent Home is an exceptional facility. We’ve unexpectedly had to place our 95 year old grandmother there for rehabilitation as she recovers from double pneumonia. Previously, Grandma lived by herself, in her own home with a little assistance from family and a housekeeper and a visiting companion on a daily basis. She very suddenly became sick after Thanksgiving- was discharged from the hospital- and we needed to find a place for her to rehabilitate. Other facilities in the area are larger, less personal, and feel much more institutional. Grandma is receiving exceptional care, in a very nice facility, with a much more personalized, caring, and extremely professional environment. Middlebury Convalesent Home has fewer than 60 residents, and we were comforted to be surrounded by an administrative staff that we know from our local community, excellent attending physicians, and in a very comfortable environment. The nursing and personal care staff have been superior! Personalized care, combined with a genuine love and attention to detail, have all given us and my grandmother tremendous comfort. Additionally, all of this superior care is provided in an a well maintained and immaculately clean facility. We leave Grandma there each night after she is tucked into bed knowing that she is well cared for, and loved as part of the wonderful family at Middlebury Convalescent Home. We are grateful to have had them available to us at a very difficult time.

I wouldn’t send my enemy there. Outdated facility. Poor weekend nursing supervisors
