I highly recommend Cream and Browns Florist. The flowers were beautiful, and they kindly delivered them on Sunday after I made an error on the order not putting the delivery address. My aunt called her son in Florida who in turn called me in Texas elated with the flowers!

Covered the flowers for my Nana’s funeral. Lovely spray and a wreath done. Fantastic service, lots of choice and able to make a slight substitution for preferred flowers. They were stunning, but sadly I don’t have photos. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Hopefully for a happier occasion.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my partners 40th birthday, I decided to pay a bit more been her 40th plus she's been through a lot over the last 12 months, I order flowers regularly as my family live at different parts of the UK, this was my first time using this company, I paid 50 expecting a good sized bouquet only to receive what I would describe as a boxed posy with only 3 roses, 5 Lilies and a load green filling to pad it out, (typical male description) I felt somewhat let down, worse still my partner came home with flowers twice the size of mine from the cleaners at her workplace which they had bought from Lidl. I spoke to a lovely lady at the company who very politely explained costings and everything and directed me to their website, still I cannot help feeling that I have not received my monies worth. From my experience these flowers are worth 35 max. Lesson here is, get a photo of the flowers before they deliver them, which they would have done had I remembered to ask. If they refuse, then they are a company to be avoided. I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 purely based on the Lady I spoke to, she was Polite, professional, and patient with me. G. Gray
