Spotlessly clean, brilliant equipment. Very friendly and non intimidating gym. As a relatively new gym goer I was initially worried and self conscious about being able to fit in. The staff and other gym users are only too happy to help out with advice or hints and the banter is fab. My only regret is not joining sooner!

Clean gym nice equipment but didn't like the attitude of the staff and management, And a bit overrated. Deserves 2 stars
This gym is great, if a little small. They have everything you need to get an awesome workout from tyre flipping and sledge pulling to your regular resistance machines and free weights section. The staff are all great and friendly and will help if asked.
Fantastic value for money. Staff are very welcoming and informative. The gym has an extensive range of equipment, and the classes great fun.
I think this gym is fantastic I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for 25 pounds a month witch is cheap as you can use the gym as many times as you like there's no joining fee like there is in other gyms this gym is fantastic and it's really friendly staff who go out of there way to help you the gym members they are friendly to they have helped me to if I'm stuck with anything I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to be honest it's made me feel like I'm family when I come di don't feel out of place either xx
