Northern Skills Group is the worst company I have ever worked for, they have no management skill the leave you to your own devices, send petty emails round the office for you to be dragged into meeting, no body is happy with a terrible atmosphere and everyone is winging it, I am extremely disappointed at the way I was just let go after only doing my job as I was told, no proper training, just all winging it hope they get a OFSTED inspection, total shambles! Wouldn’t work here if it’s the last job on earth!

I did an apprenticeship with Northern skills group and it was fantastic. Helpful staff and would definitely recommend for learners.
Would not recommend this organisation at all dose not put young people's interest first. Very disappointed with this group
