Saw an item I wanted and ordered as good price . Item shows on website as available and in stock and therefore I expect item to be delivered within 3 to 7 days as stated . As we are now on day 12 and I have not received order or any communication from oceans lighting I contacted them. I spoke with Ellie who advised that the goods are out of stock . On checking website they still show as available and they have been out of stock for at least 12 days . No ETA was given to me by Ellie so I have Asked for a full refund and order cancellation. Awaiting confirmation . Doesn’t breed confidence. Checked reviews today and seems like several had same issue

Poor. Ordered an item in December that said it was in stock, received numerous updates stating that it will now be delayed and giving me the option to change my order to something similar if I wanted. I didn’t want to do that so I didn’t respond to the email, the goods have now been delivered and they have delivered the items they suggested I might want to swap to in the email. The product is poor and I want to return however, reading their returns policy is eye opening. They will only accept returns if the product is in an unopened box, how you’re supposed to check your product and decide whether it is the right one and that you want it without opening the box will be a challenge for the best of us. They’ve gone to be sold on Facebook marketplace. Avoid this company.

Emailed Ellie to ask if light I wanted was in stock I gave order number.Ellie emailed back that it was in stock. I ordered online 6 days later the light arrived very well packaged,. The light is now installed and very happy with service and light. Will use them again

Having read reviews recently I wish I had not placed the order. On the 16th October 2020 I placed an order and received email confirmation that the product would delivered within 3 -7 working days. The money was taken straight away. I have not heard anything since, even though I have tried calling about 20 times, emailed 3 times, asked to be called back but still nothing. I appreciate covid-19 is having an impact on businesses but it only takes a couple of minutes to reply by email to let you know what is happening. Very poor service.
